Application:

1. Apply 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Cover all exposed skin: Face, ears, neck, arms, legs, hands.
3. Apply in sections: Divide body into areas (e.g., face, arms, legs open to the sun).
4. Use gentle, upward strokes: Spread evenly, avoid rubbing.
5. Pay attention to hard-to-reach areas: Back of neck, tops of ears.

Key Areas to Focus:

1. Face: Apply around eyes, eyebrows, and hairline.
2. Ears: Front and back.
3. Neck: Front and back.
4. Hands: Tops and between fingers.
5. Feet: Tops and between toes.
